Shipping policy

You will receive a notification once the order has been processed from our warehouse and is ready for dispatch.

Order handling:

Before initiating the delivery, all our formulations are checked for any damages and hand packed in Mumbai. Please allow us the following number of days to deliver your formulations to you:

All orders are processed within 2 working days (we want to ensure you get the freshest batch, so quality check takes time).

Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.

Order communication:

You will receive order related emails in two stages.

  1. An order confirmation email once you place the order.
  2. A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our office to your address. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the second email.

In case your shipping location is non-serviceable by our delivery partners, our customer care team will get in touch with you and make every possible effort to support you. In the unfortunate event where we are unable to ship the order, the amount paid for the order will be refunded in full.

In case of international orders, any customs or other local taxes and duties will have to be borne by the customer. The final amount paid on the website only covers product and shipping charges. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for international orders outside India.

Tracking Packages

If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder in case our email might have landed there. Tracking codes take up to 24-48 hours to get activated sometimes, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates it on their website.

Non-Availability of Client at Time of Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the order up to two times at your provided address after which it will be returned to our warehouse. Please make sure that you add your correct phone or mobile number and email id along with the complete shipping address while placing your order. This will improve effectiveness of the delivery process. In case of undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete information or due to your non-availability at the time of delivery, the shipping partner will contact you to discuss next steps. If the order still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such a case, you may have to bear the return shipping charges.
